Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Novera Healthcare (“Novera”) and the international patient (“Client”) regarding medical tourism facilitation services provided in Türkiye.

By using our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Our Role

Novera Healthcare is an international healthcare facilitator. We coordinate and organize medical travel by connecting international patients with licensed hospitals, clinics, surgeons, hotels, and transportation providers in Türkiye.

Medical examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and surgical procedures are performed solely by the relevant licensed healthcare providers.

Services

Depending on the selected treatment package, our services may include:

• Free online consultation
• Treatment planning
• Hospital and surgeon coordination
• Hotel accommodation arrangements
• Airport and local transfers
• Dedicated patient coordinator
• Translation assistance
• Post-treatment follow-up support

Package contents may vary depending on the selected treatment.

Medical Responsibility

All medical decisions, examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and surgical procedures are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider performing the treatment.

Novera does not provide medical treatment and cannot guarantee any specific medical outcome.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate medical information.
• Inform Novera of any existing medical conditions.
• Follow all pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
• Attend scheduled appointments and consultations.
• Provide accurate travel and contact information.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment eligibility or results.

Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm reservations and treatment arrangements.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed treatment schedule.

Additional services requested by the Client or medically required after arrival may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the booking process and confirmed reservations.

If medical reasons prevent treatment, each case will be reviewed individually.

Privacy

Novera Healthcare processes personal information in accordance with applicable Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Patient information is shared only with authorized healthcare providers and service partners when necessary to organize treatment.

Force Majeure

Novera shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
